Bob brings more than 15 years of experience in customer service and management/supervisory experience with an inbound call center to his work with 2-1-1 Sacramento. Bob joined Community Link in 2007 to help build the new 2-1-1 call center. Valeri Mihanovich

Director at The Regional Center for Volunteerism-HandsOn Sacramento and the Sacramento region Emergency Food & Shelter Program

Valeri provides overall management, direction and implementation for HandsOn Superior California, a comprehensive, full service volunteer action center committed to social change by mobilizing volunteers to make a difference in their community. The program provides an online volunteer-matching system connecting individuals, businesses and groups to one-time and on-going volunteer opportunities. Her duties include direction and management of the HandsOn Superior California Disaster Services Program which includes developing plans, standard operating procedures, and participating in state and national task forces to address issues and plan around disaster volunteering and donations management. Valeri also provides grant administration and direction for the five-county Sacramento Regional Emergency Food & Shelter Program which serves 40 local food and shelter providers in our region. vmihanovich@handsonsacto.org

 

Amy Fish, CRS
2-1-1 Sacramento, Database Program Supervisor

Amy has been with Community Link since 2014, and is responsible for managing our extensive database of health and human services and for managing the staff and volunteers in the database department. She performs community research and data collection for our resources, callers, and website. In addition she publishes the Senior Resource Directory in conjunction with the Sacramento Bee and Agency on Aging | Area 4, and maintains the Public Resource Directory on our website. Amy has more than 7 years’ experience in the Information and Referral field and holds a CRS (Certification for Resource Specialists) certification with the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS). amyfish@211sacramento.org
