Hands On Sacramento is now HandsOn Superior California, a program of The Regional Center for Volunteerism
Announcing the new Regional Center for Volunteerism, our region’s only full-service volunteer center, promoting volunteerism in El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento and Yolo counties. Additionally, we are re-naming our online volunteer-matching tool, HandsOn Sacramento to HandsOn Superior California.
Since 1998, Hands On Sacramento been the community’s resource for connecting nonprofits with volunteers. Up to 9,000 registered volunteers are registered in our database and 40% of them live outside Sacramento County. Our goal is to be inclusive of all people, nonprofits and government entities in all five counties and to help them serve close to their homes.
